You are Never old!

This is a short one!

Old is an offensive word to me! It means you see no future ahead. Nothing to look forward to. Sure we age and remember the fun days of your extreme youth. We gain experiences and opportunities open up as we live life.

After over 20 years since both my sister and I have graduated high school, we had the opportunity to take the field to play softball. I tell everyone, the skills you develop as a child and teen will stick with you. The greatest thing you can do is play sports or be active. You develop skills that will serve you a lifetime. And although it maybe was some time since you have done something, maybe you are a little more stiff or rusty but the skills are still there and when you take care of the body and the mind, you can continue doing the things you love and you will never get old! Check your mindset because being old is a mindset and gets tossed around too easily. Forever young!
